West Adelaide Soccer Club are excited to announce a new partnership with a South Australian wine producer, Iraklis Wines.

January 16, 2024, 10:00am

Located in Renmark South Australia, the Sialas brothers are 4th generation vineyard owners, continuing the legacy of their Grandfather Iraklis. For the first time, their wine from the Riverland Region will be available throughout Asia and soon Australia.

This partnership not only highlights our commitment to local excellence but also strengthens the connection within our community. The directors of Iraklis Wines are none other than former players of West Adelaide SC, Yanni & Eric Sialas.

On the partnership, Yanni had this to say “It’s fantastic to be involved at a Club which is close to our hearts. West Adealide means more than just a sporting club to us, it’s a community, and we look forward to the upcoming season”.

President & Chairman John Tsianos reiterated Yanni’s comments “To have former players wanting to return and support the Club is tremendous and speaks volume to the culture we’re building. Yanni and Eric are on an incredible journey, and we’ll do our upmost to promote and support their growing business”.

In addition to this new partnership, the senior men’s team will feature the Iraklis Wines logo on the back of their jerseys.

“To have our logo on this historic jersey is amazing. We look forward to seeing it in action at Kilburn in 2024 and beyond” said Eric.

Let’s embrace this new chapter, as we carry not just the pride of West Adelaide SC but also the spirit of South Australian winemaking excellence on our backs.
